3. Reason for change
Along with becoming a member of the Nisshinbo group, the Company will return to the name KOKUSAI DENKI Electric as it was at the time of our founding, and aim to grow our business by renewing our commitment as a core company of the Nisshinbo Group. Going forward, we will deepen our cooperation with the Nisshinbo Group, work to provide solutions to social issues in various fields by utilizing the Company’s strengths in wireless communication, image processing, and information processing technologies, and contribute to the realization of a safe and secure society.
4. Changes of trade names of group companies
In line with the change of the Company’s trade name, we will also change the trade names of our overseas group companies as follows.
